    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees and actually try to retain them. This "great place to learn", "springboard to other things" approach only goes so far. It's not that hard to figure out that you're just trying to do things as cheaply as possible. I understand that approach, but you've forgotten one very important principle in business: you get what you pay for. You're losing your best people to other companies because you won't reward people for their work and make the changes that need to happen in this company.

Personally I blame parent company Vista - I know several who were around before the acquisition (that they tried to say was a merger) and things were much better before. Par for the course I guess as far as acquisitions go.

Also, if you make promises, keep them. I was promised a $2500 yearly bonus, which I saw not even $500 of.
