I have been working at Aquent as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

    Some good positions available.

However, there are agencies out there that are way more competitive. I previously worked with Liaison Resources and they have the same jobs. And 100% better benefits and team.

    Cons

The team is just not as sharp as other agencies I've worked for in the past, like Veritude and Liaison. The biggest let down for me was the benefits. I didn't know before I was hired what they were, and I was shocked to find they offer none of the standard vacation, holiday or sick leave. It comes across that they really don't care about their employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give your employees a competitive benefits package!! Especially in Austin, where it's known for competitive benefits.
