I have been working at Aquent (More than 10 years)

Benefits like full time employee if you get a long term assignment. Finding and getting paid for Freelance work without the hassles of doing it yourself. Getting paid weekly.

Difficult to qualify for and keep benefits as above, hourly pay for assignments often lower than other agencies. Benefits available the 1st month following four CONSECUTIVE weeks of 20+ hours per week, then 20+ hours worked per week to keep. Sounds easy? NOT. And the premiums are sky-high. This company has had a lot of personnel turnover in the last 10 years. When I first started, the agents knew me and always found me work. The new and newer crop don't know me nor care whether they find me work. I have been getting more work from other agencies at way better pay. The benefits may not be as good, but at least they are easier to get and maintain, and the premiums are more affordable.
