I have been working at Aquent as a contractor (more than 10 years)

    they pay you every week

The recruiters often don't know what the talent is capable of, trying to place them I'm junior positions just trying to meet their quota. They don't pay you anywhere near what you are worth, the company really takes advantage of talent, who are the ones actually doing the work. Do your own recruiting, make twice as much that's my advice. I make 100+ an hour as an ACD level art director, Aquent rarely pays over 60. Do the math.
