    Pros

Young company. Working in the Healthcare IT arena is the place to be these days. Under new management now so hopefully there will be improvement in the way this company is run.

    Cons

Lack of real structure. Egos that are off the charts lead to horrible decision-making. No respect or professional courtesy for what people bring to the table in the way of ideas and improvement. Former CEO built a culture of dog-eat-dog and sink-or-swim. Management at the time was too top-heavy. Way too many VPs, some of whom were too young to even hold that title with absolutely no management experience at all. They acquired a company that had much more maturity in business operations and client relations but chose to throw all that out and continue with their unstable methodologies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Shelf your egos and respect people for the positions they were hired for. It can be a great thing to learn from one another rather than drink your own Kool-Aid all the time.
