I worked at Arden Asset Management full-time

The firm offers a opportunity to learn the industry (a starter job). Provides good benefits, including free lunch (and sometimes dinner) each day. Nice and hardworking people.

Over the last couple of years, the turnover in the research team has resulted in a group of novices. Company tends to chase returns, which has made it difficult to acquire new customers. Little to no real opportunity for meaningful career advancement. Too many fire drills.

    Advice to Management

To quote Paul Newman from The Sting, "If you're playing a poker game, and you look around the table, and and can't tell who the sucker is, it's you."
