fantastic product. great look. Very creative visually
Pricing is moderate for the quality. The company has potential if they could find a way to treat the front line better .

As much as I appreciate the oppertunity to work here. I have NEVER worked for a more unprofessional, politically incorrect, gossippy company in my LIFE. I witnessed so many unfavorable actsby corperate and heard so much gossip from people that should not be disclosing things of such nature, that I cant believe some of these people are in the positions they are in. Favoritism is just put out there. Trust me if something is going on youwant kept secret in your life. Do not confide in any one.Not to mention things going on at corp. office have been disclosed, people telling us about how the staff will have meetings at corperate office and mock managers. Private things about owner and former employees. Personal things about people at other stores and corperate.. Where do I stop.
Thank you for helping me move on. So tacky. If thats what you want thats what youll end up with.

not the mention half the people are barely making ends meet. I ll stop here, I can go on and on about this. I am now happy at a high end Company, and know its time to close that door. Its too bad, The potential to be a great company is there. you need to learn how to treat people with respect. It is something you earn and should not expect. You have not earned mine.Maybe some day youll understand what makes a great company is not just a good product ,but the people you work with.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

So you preach reap what you sow. Well I have to say, perhaps you should do the same as far as paying people so they can survive. I notice there is a change in the quality of people you are hiring, not to mention lack of talent.
Learn to be honest and constructive. I have had the worst experience the past year due to lack of honesty and training from corp. You lost a good thing, all you needed was to train and be honest.
I was blind sided, humiliated and treated very unprofessionally last year. I have left and realize now how a real company works and treats its employees.
Perhaps some changes should be made in corperate.
Last note Sales. be more creative without being confusing. co looks desperate when they have to much going on. Find a sale and stick. Have some integrity. Be creative with signing.EX its always red toppers so it looks like the same sale over and over. at least change the color once in a while so it looks fresh.Instead of cheapening the beauty of your stores.
I think its time to do a over haul in corp. start building your corperate to meet with the growth.get people in there that know what they are doing. If your really going to make it, you need the right people.
