    I worked at Ariba


    Really diverse co-workers, something for everyone and always challenging due to the customers.

    Projects can be interesting with the right teams.

    Departments can be fun with the right group of individuals.


    Changes direction yearly. Makes it hard to actually accomplish when projects are longer than a year at times.

    Culture creates silos/division in work based on location

    People are resources that can be moved about not viewed as people with talent/skills to develop long lasting honed teams

    Too much emphasis on color/checklists for metrics and not actual understanding of improving and growth.

    Ignores the employee Feedback studies down both internally and externally provided.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop playing favorites.
    Stop letting folks coast through
    Let those with different ideas and processes through instead of saying'That's how we've always done it'
    Stop breaking up good teams and ending up loosing people because of it.
