    Pros

For full-time CSR and TSR phone agents:

Generous yearly hourly pay raises up to the cap (around $20.00/hour for phone agents), then a small cost of living increase yearly after the cap is reached.

Your Armstrong Television, Telephone and Internet services are provided free of charge.

Many employee discounts to local and national businesses are offered.

Retirement savings through 401k and pension plans are offered.

    College tuition assistance is available.

Opportunities to work overtime and holidays.

Opportunities to advance internally within the company.

Paid time off includes 10 vacation days, 5 sick days, 5 holidays. You can accrue more vacation days the longer that you work for the company. There are also opportunities to accrue unpaid time off hours as an incentive during busy times.

Work in a secure, climate controlled building with on site parking free of charge.

Friendly and helpful co-workers, management and building staff.

Supervisors, lead agents and the training department are always willing to help you be successful.

Come to work, learn, do your best, be positive and you will do well.

    Cons

Like any job, the work can be stressful at times and in rare instances you will be required to work mandatory overtime.

This is a call center and if you're, not understanding of call center work, you'll have a bad time. There are slow and busy times of the year, but everything evens out.
