I worked at Arrow Electronics full-time (more than 3 years)

Good people on my team. Most people in the component/electronic world will immediately recognize the name.

Too many to list, but overworked, underpaid and treated by management as a # and not a person. Lots of layoffs and working on vacation to keep up was common with most other employees in my division.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go back to Business 101 basics. Learn how to treat your employees well both personally and monetarily. You may finally realize they are an integral part of your business and in doing so you will realize that happy workers = happy customers = happy shareholders.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
