The company needs to find its North. Too many "STOP and GO, then STOP and GO"

Great set of productts and technology. Great sales leadership and drive. Good potential for having a fantastic culture since the company leaders have done a great job in making people feel as Part of the whole. Great product gross margins.

Sadly, with so much potential, the leaders of the company have not yet found what the right org structure would look like. People are constantly pushed left and right, and in and out of projects and iniciatives. No one seems to know the diference between important and Urgent, EVERYTHING IS URGENT, even if it will sit on a desk for a few days, which is very disrupting of the work envirionment. WAY too many emails, more than I have seen in larger corporations in the past, which refelcts people's fear to make decisions. After these massive lay-off, the've lost many great talents, so it will take them a while to recover. Very low operating margins driven by a very expensive sales model in detriment of G&A expenses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find the NORTH. Define priorioties and STICK WITH THEM. Stop the constant change of directions.
