    Pros

-Mature, self-aware culture in a start-up atmosphere. People here are experienced and this definitely shows through their work and with the daily collaborations I'm having with my team members.

-Supportive atmosphere. Even though people are experience, there aren't many strong egos that get in the way of team members helping each other out. Mentorship is important here (both learning and giving back)

-Very well-run organization. Everything from our technology to company operations to our culinary options to compensation+benefits is very well-thought out. People understand that long-term solutions are better than short-term quick fixes, so it's not often that we're "putting out fires" left and right. I have confidence that the leadership team has our best interests at heart.

-Personal growth. Asana seems to understand that personal growth is just as important as career growth. Opportunities are available for personal growth that don't necessarily tie directly to the job (meditation, yoga/gym membership, personal coaching, etc.). We also have people come in to talk about various topics our team members are interested in, both on the career side (ie. tech talks, design, diversity + inclusion) and personal side (ie. nutrition, mindfulness, meditation)

    Cons

-We're moving along at a steady pace and progress is very evident. However, it's tough to not be distracted by other start-ups at our stage that are trending in the media or "blowing up" with their progress while our pace is gradual. I strongly believe we are succeeding and will continue to do so with our thoughtful approach/strategy.
