Current Employee - Coordinator  in  Reston, VA
Current Employee - Coordinator in Reston, VA

I have been working at Asce full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

90% tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision package is awesome, HR department is very involved with activities for employees to participate in (not so much actually helping employees with HR related problems. They are there to listen, not resolve your issues).

    Cons

Management and the pay is lower 25% of the area's average pay scale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop acting elitist.
