    Pros

    Predictable workload, pleasant coworkers, willing to hire people who have been out of work as a temp, some diversity in lower level positions, excellent trainer at KC site, great work environment for introverts

    Cons

    Employee input not valued, management gives inappropriate and ineffective feedback, immediate managers get stuck implementing suspect HR/corporate policies, watch your paycheck

    Advice to Management

    Value the skills and abilities people bring to the company, see how and what they need to do to improve workflow, cross train more so there senior staff aren't overburdened, make sure temporary staff have access to all appropriate sites, listen more talk less, discuss with staff you position and duties so they know who to contact, take taxes out correctly, get HR person on site, give positive feedback at some point (only compliment from management was outside my department), and push back on HR for correct staffing levels and best practice labor relations. Appreciate position of "contract" w2 employee needs to take alternate job immediately to secure more stable work situation.
