    I worked at Ascom Network Testing full-time for more than 3 years


    There are plenty of talented individuals with extensive experience in the marketplace within the Ascom Network Testing division. Many of the individuals will go beyond respective responsibility in order to support business activities and the TEMS brand name has a highly reputable reputation around the world.


    There is almost no collaboration between the three geographical regions on individual contributor level and very little, if any, support by the executive management related to share experience between regions, which leads to the various operational organizations can be compared with silos on many levels. Some managers will do almost anything to meet their own shortsighted goal(s) prior to supporting the staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The division would benefit from move individuals between roles within the management team, or bring in new individuals. Important for to management to lead by example and hold regular qualitative surveys, anonymous, with employees in order to provide constructive feedback plus establish an action plan based on the result.
    Be more active with regards to business development in line with the strategic plan and based on feedback from key customers. Be more open with internal goals, new initiatives and the prioritization of the same to ensure individuals feel part of the core.
