I have been working at Aspen Dental full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Enable many people to get their foot in the door on a demanding medical field. They focus on those who are in the most need, but also the more financially challenged patient. As a result, those who are in pain, usually only want to focus on the problem at hand. Aspen is more interested in those who can sign up for financing to get the whole treatment paid for same day.

    Cons

Numbers are all that matter! We all understand it is a business that needs to make money and grow the longer it is open, but upper management is always trying to force more work to get it done this month to show on current budget. The regional managers are usually desperate to build resume, or add a few thousand to their salary, because all they do is drive from office to office on conference calls.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

For those who have worked in a successful office, go work in a struggling office to see what actually happens. Too many times they have a text book answer that doesn't work in the real world.
