One of the best things about working at Aspen Heights is the awesome people you'll meet. Sadly, most of them will be gone within your first month or two of starting and replaced sometimes immediately or long after you have decided to leave, too. This place is revolving door of really great talent-they just can't seem to keep anyone around long. It's probably because this is hornets nest of mean girls and egotistical men. You're either apart of their clan or they will eat you alive. It was not like this almost two years ago when I started, but things have changed with the new leadership in place. Back to the pros-you will have endless amounts of money to market with if your property doesn't lease up quickly, aspen heights is super trendy and you'll pick up a few nice things from the company if you stick around long enough, on site level you'll have free food a lot, youthful work environment, typically great residents

low pay/bonuses compared to other companies in the industry, horrible communication from the upper management down, lack of support and industry experience from corporate staff, unrealistic expectations from corporate, takes forever to get anything approved, no one ever listens if you are not BFFs with someone from the corporate office

    Advice to Management

Practice what you preach, understand that someone's "title" does not entitle them to anything, hire people with industry experience, promote deserving people not those who fit your polished image, and live the values you worked so hard to refine years ago. This place was thriving 2 years ago. Let's bring that back!
