I worked at Asplundh full-time (more than an year)

The only pro is the wage in comparison to the other similar companies.

The company bullies, harasses, and retaliates against employees. Everyone wants to punish others. If you are one minute late for work, you will be sent home for 3 days with no pay. The harassment, lies, and backstabbing are so rampant, with the increasing lawsuits, BOLI complaints, and employment complaints and the daily employee turnover rate, How is this not a red flag for the government to step in and fine this company. The owners made over $75,000 in safety bonus while the actual person in danger made $100. With the number of days off compared to the days worked, a person cannot make a living. The average weekly pay for a flagger at this company during summer is $130., winter is $50.
