    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Associated Builders and Contractors full-time (More than a year)

Nice office, good equipment, up to date technology, good salary and benefits. Personally didn't have any career opportunities/no room for growth as there was no where for my position to go - but that was okay.

They are a very Republican organization. I never had issues in the office but the overall direction and goal of the organization is Republican, and they support Republican candidates with a lot of $$. They have chapters across the country - which means different time zones - so you might be working at all hours depending on your job and who you support. Ask about turnover before you accept a position, and be wary if they want to hire you right away - ask questions.

    Advice to Management

If there is high turnover in a position you should look into why this is and not just take the managers word on it. Because there is a very good chance that it is the managers fault that good people keep quitting.
