    I worked at Assyst full-time for more than 3 years


    systems and process are in place., laid back management style, not much work pressure, CMMI level three certification


    in-spite of a corporate structure, it is still very much a family owned and controlled firm. cannot expect real recognition in terms of performance/ rewards. The firm has been around since 1993, but not much growth seen. The organisation is still not perceived as an established player in business circles

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    needs to be aggressive.. and formulate and implement concrete & realistic business plan to take the organisation to the next level. Top Management commitment needs to improve in areas of Core HR practices and employee engagement initiatives
