    Pros

    My managers allowed me to look at the whole picture of health care evolvement and emerging physician alignments. They then allowed some flexibility to strategize based on my specific territory which allowed me to be more successful. I was less frustrated and had fun in my job in the Albany, NY area.

    Cons

    Long hours that impacted work life balance; Many manager changes created stress for many employees due to new or different manager styles; inconsistent bonus structure.

    Advice to Management

    As much as possible, trust your employees instincts and judgement when visiting offices. Giving one bad ride along review when the employee is not detailing a provider due to protecting the relationship in a top busy office is not productive
