High turnover (people are hired and fired all the time internally), Unprofessional company, Favoritism is obvious

I worked at Astreya Partners full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Stocked kitchen with drinks, snacks and coffee and lunch once a week

    Cons

Stay far away from this company if you are considering an internal HQ position. This is the MOST unprofessional company I have ever worked for. The turnover is the highest I have ever seen in all the years of my career in high tech. Employees are fired or laid off for justifiable and unjustifiable reasons. The CEO (President) is a coward. He is NEVER around when someone is terminated. This company ONLY praises their "Favorites" everyone else who works hard is NOT acknowledged. I have seen a pattern and that is people are hired and once the company gets all they need out of that individual than they are let go. A lot of people voluntary quit for new opportunities because the corporate culture is the worst. There were some genuinely nice people there but most of them have left the company due to the unprofessional culture. You can't trust most of management here. Avoid at all costs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat and talk to all your employees with respect not just your "favorites". The abrasive communication to certain staff members is unfair and a disgrace.
