Asure Software Photos
I have been working at Asure Software as an intern (less than a year)Pros
The Traverse City office has a great office culture. It manages to strike a careful balance between a relaxed friendly environment but also remain highly productive and on target for deadlines.
Work environment is a small clustering of cubicles with windows overlooking West Bay. It's in a nice building with a great location! Most employees prefer to work in the dark and wear head phones. It's extremely quiet - I love it! The kitchen is a nice perk. It's stocked with coffee, drinks, chips, granola bars, etc.
My supervisor in QA is one of the best I've had. He treats his employees with respect and it's evident he truly cares. I also enjoy being trusted to accomplish my work without any micromanaging or negativity. As a newer employee and intern, the QA department has been very supportive of my learning and patient to answer my questions.
My internship pay is great for the area, fair for the industry. I feel spoiled with two brand new monitors and new laptop.
From what I hear, employees receive benefits the day they start! :)
I've noticed Asure is understanding of life circumstances. I've heard from other employees how the company has worked with them through difficult times. For example, someone was having a lot of trouble with their vehicle. The company let them work from home while they had it repaired.Cons
I am happy with my wage but have heard complaints from others that the pay is too low.RecommendsPositive Outlook
