I worked at Atomic full-time for less than a year

    Pros

easy work for anyone with experience

    Cons

they make you do everything -deburring, maintenance, even down to cleaning the bathrooms -a real low rent operation

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

need to get a clue -you get what you pay for, nobody who has worked for a decent wage will last at this penny ante outfit. Even their manager has left. My two friends who worked their have either quit or been let go. If you want the atmosphere of working in someone's garage, with only6 machines, go for it! As an aside, you may like the "old school feel of not having heat or air-conditioning; prolly not important to anyone dump enough to work there. The only good thing about it is you get a reliable paycheck. There are other much better places to work, imo.
