Former Employee - Junior Level Account Executive in San Francisco, CA

I worked at Atomic Public Relations full-time (more than an year)

Nice office, some genuinely nice and hard working people (junior level), a few big clients, cool history. The CEO is a nice and personable guy.

Low pay, poor HR dept, very clique between teams, teams are more focused on personal success instead of agency wide success, very slow advancement, high turnover rate with employees and clients.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop prioritizing on competing with the top agencies and focus more on current clients and talent. Pay enough to survive in the city. Create a career path/goal timeline for employees.
