Poorly managed company who cares more about sales than the people who work for them and/or the people who are cared for.

I worked at Atria Senior Living full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexibility in work schedule at least for some period of time while employed.
Free lunch - if you can get there to get it!

    Cons

Unreasonable expectations made of staff without providing resources and/or training to attain the goals.
Extremely high hours of work expectation for salaried employees.
Poorly staffed, both in numbers and qualifications of staff.
Poor job security especially in management, revolving door of staff/managers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop worrying about sales and start worrying about quality at the community level. Work as a team with the line staff and don't make a division between managers & staff so obvious and poignant that there is a sense of classes and entitlement in the workplace.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
