I have been working at Audigy Group full-time (More than a year)

Co-workers. The free concert tickets, free gym membership, decent benefits.

It's not the worst place I have ever worked and it's a decent place to settle while you look for something better. The hours are long, the pay is below scale and the expectations from upper management are mostly unrealistic. Few people will tell you that they are happy every day at Audigy yet most people in the world wouldn't say that they love their jobs either. The payoff is that as consultants we help small business owners give people the ability to hear again and regain their lives. That's nothing to scoff at. I don't understand why people write such angry reviews. If you really hate a company, it's your choice to leave. Sometimes it doesn't work out. Move on. Don't trash the people who choose to stay there.

    Advice to Management

Audigy's growth has stalled and it's time to stop employing relatives and friends, and continue to hire people with actual experience. And then the key is to listen to these people, because if Audigy continues to operate the way it always has operated, it will cease to exist.
