    Questionable safety and low morale

I worked at Aurora Behavioral Health Care

There are many front line staff in all departments that are amazing to work with, though they are usually burnt out from the management system.

The administration and management micro-manage everything and worry only of the bottom-line. Poor health benefits, no matching 401K, high turnover and dissatisfaction, no room for advancement, lack of training, safety concerns on the floor with other employees that have not been given safety training, and no work-life balance because there is never enough staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more people so patients and staff can be safe and some of the great people there can actually be happy to go to work. More than 2 days of training would also help to stay safe and give patients better care.
