I have been working at Auto-Chlor System full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

It's a very stable company. There's never the worry about lay offs or downsizing. It's fair pay for a hard days work. There's decent promotion opportunities if you work hard and aren't afraid of selling.

    Cons

Sometimes there seems to be a lack of leadership. The managers aren't always on the same page, or if they are, there's a "yes men" mentality.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers should be working with their employees to create a better work environment, not dictating from the top.
