the company has a great employee profit sharing program. Wages are more than satisfactory. Almost every weekend off and when you do have to work its always overtime with a "oncall" bonus.
Management has no idea of what is going on most of the time. There is no real communication between management and what is expected from employees. Your performance numbers are everything and they are held over your head on a daily basis. Every morning there is a meeting which is meant to be a tool to help setting sales goals for the day. It always turns into a way to inform employees of how they are easy to replace and will be fired. Long hours, missed hours on payroll, and poor benefits are also a problem.
Advice to Management
Quit threatening your employees that there can be replaced in a heart beat. Make route techs feel more than just a bottom feeder. You may be the manager but without them you will have nothing to manage. Route techs are truely the back bone of the company.
