Great company to work with. Excellent work life balance. Takes a global outlook when business requires it.

Flexible work timings, work from home, compensation is good, time off policy is the best if one is ready to work hard.

Growth prospects are limited if in a global role but not based in one of the main offices like San Francisco or Singapore. HR policies are'nt well defined for global roles and options to move office are not available. Hikes in India wont even cover inflation.

    Advice to Management

It would be good to consider having employees in remote offices to be moved to main offices, especially for divisions like marketing ops which is managed globally and has very little interaction with the local offices. Secondly, HR alignment of salaries are seriously flawed. Even when the company's share price is hitting new highs everyday and revenue numbers are much better than market expectations, hikes and bonuses are low, with an excuse that the division did not meet its targets. Cost centres really can't be reviewed like sales
