I have been working at Avon Products

    Pros

Wonderful benefits, car, 401K and pension

    Cons

Salary is good until you factor in 60 plus hours a week. No work life balance, its always work.
Our last 2 Division Managers do nothing but threaten our jobs.
We have a wonderful code of ethics but we allow some of our top representatives to run their business in violation of the rules and regulations.
Fear is the ruling guideline for their employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I'm not sure they are opne to change.
