    I worked at B. Braun Medical full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great Schedule, Awesome Products and training

    Cons

    Lifetime Managers. Old School Thinking. Company does not retain qualified nurse educators but simply replaces them about every year rather than deal with problems.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Retain employees instead of replacing them which is far more expensive. Consider management turn over. Being away from home and traveling is already high stress enough, quit making employees fight for expense reimbursement. Expense reimbursement feels like a game of how can we get back what we promised!
