    I have no pros to share about this company, it's gone down hill.


    The st louis location is the worst. I've been employed by this company for years, no raise, the benefits are awful, there is no advancement, and no appreciation for anything. If it wasn't for the hard working caregivers this company wouldn't exsist, as a Christmas gift, it's a bag, or a soup cup! They dont do bayada bucks anymore, haven't for yrs. communication from the office staff is very unorganized, and mess around with your hrs. If you have to take off for medical reasons, your punishment is they remove you from your current clients.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to communicate with the staff, treat the employees with respect, and show appreciation. They preach the Bayada way, but that doesn't mean a thing when it comes to employees.
