    looks great on a resume
sink or swim environment where you have to learn how to survive
some great people that you could develop great relationship with

Even though it looks great on your resume to work for such an impressive fashion based corporate office, the environment is not an environment that promotes growth or teamwork. I worked in the corporate office and had to deal with all levels of management within all departments, and each leader I had to work with did not have the personable skills to effictively train their associates. The place is riddled with excessive politics, and the only way to receive a salary increase is by threatening to quite.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

don't play the excessive political game with each other and at least attempt to grow your team into something greater.
