    Pros

The product doesn't get any more luxurious. You'll learn a lot about the fashion industry. The sales staff are commission based and have the potential to make a lot of money. Some employees are privileged to attend fashion shows.

    Cons

During the season, staff members are required to work 6 days a week. The hours are brutal when holiday hours hit. Also, very difficult to get a raise or be promoted. There is a lot of turnover.

    Advice to Management

Promote from within and work on the company's work/life balance. It seems employees are being push to the limit. If you want your employees to work 6 days a week, then compensate each one for it.
