    It's a very good place to work. Good chances to progress and to move across other areas, even getting experience overseas.
    Opportunities to propose new ideas and take them forward. Good place to obtain a good work experience.


    Lack of rewards like bonuses or instant awards for achieving tough objectives or meeting very high expectations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The appraisal process should be less formal and more human.
    Management is contaminated by old-school and close minded Directors that have been in the firm too long with no experience in any other company/sector.
