I have been working at BHP Billiton full-time (more than a year)

Cheap lunch ($2) but not really all that.
    Nice location within Houston.

Projects lack long term expectancy due to frequent reorgs and low employee morale.
Lack of training opportunities and exposure.
A culture far from one of merit but cultural bias.
    Too much politics .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too many managers!! Better feedback in town halls. More inclusive work environment.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
