    Pros

    Great HR policies. Good work life balance. Company with a heart - very supportive in good times and bad.

    Cons

    Poor company strategy. Poor sales strategy. Poor partner strategy. Poor products (mostly). Future of the company doesn't look very bright.

    Advice to Management

    This was an amazing company to work for as recently as 3 years ago. You have lost TOP talent - at all levels of the company. I am not sure you realize how much this has impacted employee morale. I personally feel very sad to write this - this is not the company I joined. Please WAKE up. Fix our products. Be respectful to those who have give years to the firm. Include them in decision making. During the necessary downsizing exercises, knock out some of the sales leaders who have run their divisions (or are running them) to the ground. And finally, unless you have more Sr Mgmt and employee interaction and transparency - you will lose more talent. While you walk away with your stocks, bonuses, golden parachutes and the like - employees who have invested their lives and careers in the company will be left with a bad taste in their mouths, unfulfilled career dreams and a renewed zeal to work with the competition.
