    Pros

BNY Mellon is a stable company that is committed to developing new college graduates. They have entry level positions that don't require any experience and for a new college grad it's a great start. Benefits start on date of hire.

    Cons

Pay is low and their yearly increases are a joke. Some employees get promotions handed to them while others are not even given a chance. Working hours can be later than expected.

    Advice to Management

Take the time to develop the employees that are committed to long term employment instead of driving them away. Promotions should be handled more fairly.
