    I worked at BNY Mellon full-time (more than 3 years)


    Among other educated professionals.
    Paid overtime.


    Poor training/learning.
    Lack of current training material.
    Limited time giving to acquire the knowledge to achieve your function effectively and efficiently.
    Depending on other's to teach new employees in an office that is time sensitive.
    The usage of old office equipment.
    Not a motivating positive environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Establishing a greater training program that is current to the function of the unique job requirement. Training should be in line with current technology and relevant to the current marketplace. Training should be positive/motivating to achieve the effectiveness and efficiency that is expected. ( One Example - 1980's tape machines ?)
