I worked at Badenoch & Clark full-time (More than a year)

Excellent training program, providing a well-rounded introduction into the world of recruitment. Good firm for recent graduates to join and learn about the world of recruitment, sales etc. Responsibility given to you quite quickly, and good social life in London office - fun group of like minded people (many consultants in 20's/30's). Strong list of long-term, reputable clients.

Long term prospects not that exciting. Some inefficient management, with limited knowledge of particular sectors in which they work (these would generally be managers moved over from other areas of the business to oversee a team of consultants). Overall, a decent place to work though.

    Advice to Management

Look to promote consultants who have made a promising start faster - this would help hold on to many of the 1-2 year employees who were leaving the business during my time.
