I worked at Bahwan CyberTek full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Thankfully they credit Salary on time.

    Cons

No care for employees personal life.
No transparency with policies. Most policies verbal.
HR and Delivery managers controlled by remote control of Sr.Management. More managers than developers who actually drive the business and generate revenue.
Appraisals delayed forever all the time. When you get it discover it's good for nothing .
Money deducting machine when you leave.
Eat up your salary when you land in the US.
Force people to work on technologies they not interested in. Mock at people who don't work on SOA not realising Oracle SOA is also built on top of Java. Java is an ever green field with new apis which might replace even Oracle SOA some day.
Threaten people that they will not get good salary until they work on SOA.
Keep talking about millions and billions pipeline but in reality that pipeline is dry.Overambitious and give false promises about growth prospects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please stop pushing people to work on SOA. Let them be comfortable with their skillsets and try to bring value based on those skills. Try to have an edge and get the best out of people with their current skills and let them hone their skills in the technical domain they are in than forcing them constantly to diversify with their skills based on company's whims. There are much more cutting edge technologies besides Oracle SOA.

I think the CEO should connect more and try to learn about the grievances of the employees than sit remote and rely on reports. CEO should be involved closely and monitor all departments including HR to avoid any further collateral damage and ensure the workers below the C-Level are also happy as they are the lifeline and assets for the company.High time this realisation dawns on the top management.
