  1.

Overall been very good. Recent lack of training and market pressures making it a tough place to work.

I have been working at Ball Aerospace full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Good benefits and generally value people. Solid company with very good track record in aerospace business. Being a subsidiary of a packing company can be very beneficial as well.

    Cons

Training been nonexistent in recent years. Small business set aside really testing the Dayton workforce. Corporate leadership is very out of touch.
