I worked at Ballard Natural Gas Service full-time

Co-workers identify with each other and tend to have a great rapport due to the harsh working environment and excessive stress. The pay used to be good, but now it has become increasingly incentive based.

Management, from top to bottom, has absolutely no skill at relating to other human beings. All are verbally abusive, dismissive of accomplishments, too quick to anger, expect results despite a severe lack of training for the employees, and have no patience for the lives of employees outside of the job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Since the management owns the company, I see no possibility the culture will change, short of the business being sold.
