I have been working at Bama Pies full-time (more than 10 years)

Bama is an extant company to work for the Pay is good, they offer your choice of 3 shifts and in Tulsa 3 different locations to work for. the Benefits offered are as good as the pay. the people are extant to work with. Promotion from with in. educational opportunities with tuition reimbursement and travel. Bama is not perfect but it is by far the best company I have ever worked for

I would have to say follow through. From upper Management to the worker. You remember the game where everyone sets in a circle and whispers what is supposed to be the same phrases in the persons ear next to them and by the time it gets back to the beginning it's not like it started. well that would be my experience. I would say any other con would be personnel specific. and hay we cant get along with every one.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Paula When you have program that does not seem to be doing what you think it should be. You your self should look very closely into it. also one ones with the personnel directly and in directly involved. And an open door policy does not work once the problem ie. management is made aware of the specifics of the problem. and then indirectly punishes the person for going over there head sometimes this might be done through a completely different line on management.
