I worked at Bank of America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

you get a lunch... thats the best part about this horrible job.

    Cons

management does not care about you. customers do the most irrelevant transactions, dumbest clientele on earth, you have no outside life if you are full time they make sure you work every hour opened i was miserable here and became sick because my manager would not let me go to my doctors apts because we were busy. i personally could care less how long people have to wait. everything is done online now its quicker and better so if you choose to come into a banking center for whatever dumb reason then be prepared to wait a long time.

    Advice to Management

care about your employees so that way they dont mind the stressful job and want to be there for you. I did not leave bank of america i left my manager. she was a nightmare.
