Bank of America does not care about their employees

I worked at Bank of America

    Pros

You get an excellent benefits package (when you are allowed to use it), and working at Bank of America teaches you everything you need to know about working in Corporate America.

    Cons

Bank of America promotes based on favoritism, hides relevant news from their employees until they are forced to tell them by the mainstream media, and managers in some departments are very strict about allowing you to use benefits (even scheduled vacation days), often targeting associates for termination for no reason.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would recommend that the Bank of America leadership stop focusing only on making money and take the time to listen to their employees and customers to find out how bad of a job they're really doing. This type of honest retrospective is the only thing that may possibly save them from failing as a company.
