I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Broad choice of benefits and banking products for employees.

    Cons

Makes changes sometimes without getting all the primary players involved and then there is fallout that has to be handled by the parties that weren't involved in the process change even from a feedback prospective. Parties making changes have no clue what down stream affects it will have because they are not knowledgeable or have the right contributors involved before making changes or said process improvements.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the concerns of the worker bees when it comes to potential downstream affects the person doing the job knows the process and possible problems that could arise.
