    Pros

Working at the bank has provided me with a wealth of experience and knowledge. I've been here prior to, then through the financial collapse and am happy to see it emerging as a strong leader in the market place. Personally, I have worked with talented individuals who deeply care about the customer and their teammates, and have been afforded the opportunities to grow, stretch and explore my career. I am fortunate enough to be part of the My Work program, which allows employees (of certain roles, bands) to work from home or from a location more convenient to home.
While the costs of health benefits could improve, their maternity leave is excellent (12 weeks, 100% pay) and there is a host of other benefits that are quite enticing (rebate on hybrid vehicle purchase).

    Cons

As with any large company, you can get lost. It's critical that you own your career and find your niche. This is not to say you don't have any support; most employees have a manager or mentor to work with in this capacity. Still, there is only so much that can be done for you to grow and succeed.
